Designed as an endless loop, this cable track system eliminates stress damage at the moving end caused by inertia during forward motion. Lightweight tension springs provide buffered connections within the frame. The absence of self-load and operational deflection significantly extends cable lifespan, ensuring excellent durability without sliding or sagging. A low-friction swivel roller drive enables smooth operation under high loads or speeds, preventing wear. Furthermore, a moving device absorbs the full load and vibrations transmitted to the equipment, minimising impact damage during forward movement.
This infinite track design allows for sag-free operation up to 1,000 meters, while tension springs minimise forward force. The frame also acts as a reliable guide, preventing cable carrier deviation over long distances.
Utilising rollers on the cable carrier within its endless track design, the system generates minimal noise and dust due to low-friction, flat movement. This roller-based contact significantly reduces vibration, making it suitable for precision cutting or measuring equipment. Dividers can be easily expanded with separators to accommodate increased installation space or additional cables in the field.
